Abstract
Public awareness of education is increasing over time. Therefore, people's enthusiasm for establishing tutoring institutions is growing over time. One of the tutoring institutions in Sidoarjo is the Great Smart Cermat tutoring institute or Bimbel HCC. Bmbel HCC has been established since 2009 until now. This research aims to determine the influence of brand awareness, price perception, and word of mouth on participant satisfaction at the Great Smart Cermat (HCC) Gedangan Sidoarjo tutoring institution. This research uses quantitative research methods. The number of samples used in this research was 96 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires given to HCC tutoring students. Data analysis in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using Smart PLS as an analysis tool. The results of this research show that brand awareness, price perception, and word of mouth have a positive influence on customer satisfaction at the HCC Gedangan Sidoarjo tutoring institution.
