Abstract
Brand image, word of mouth, and price perceptions have an important role in influencing customers to make repeat purchase decisions. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand image, word of mouth, and price perception on interest in repurchasing vaseline body lotion at Mellebee Beauty, Jombang City. This research method uses quantitative research and uses a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population used in this research is female customers who have repurchased Vaseline body lotion at Mellebee Beauty, Jombang City. The sample used a non-probability sampling method with a Purposive Sampling technique of 84 respondents and data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research analysis show that 1) the easier a brand is to remember, according to quality, and trustworthy, the higher the interest in repurchasing. 2) The more people close to you who promote positive experiences in using Vaseline body lotion, the higher the interest in repurchasing. 3) If the price offered by Vaseline body lotion is in accordance with the quality provided, this will influence the high interest in repurchasing.
