Abstract

This design concept refers to the theme “Locality Change to Modern” theme with the aim that this design presents the local architecture around and follow the architecture of the present. In the incorporation of the concept using the Hybrid method, so that the appearance of the facade shows a periodic changes from time to time in the mass order of the building. With a modern structural system and the appearance of locality, tourists will be spoiled with a view of the sea and the surrounding area as well as the view into the resort.
