Abstract
This research aims to design and develop a website with attendance and company profile features for PT. Agrofarm Nusa Raya using Laravel 8 framework. The method used is web-based software development method, starting from the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data was collected through interviews and observations. The research results show that this website can help PT. Agrofarm Nusa Raya improve efficiency in human resource management. The implemented features include attendance and company profile. The attendance feature allows employees to register their attendance through the website, and the attendance records are automatically recorded in the system. The company profile feature displays information about the company's history, vision and mission, and organizational structure. Testing was conducted using the black-box method, and the results showed that the website functions well and meets the predetermined requirements. In conclusion, this website with attendance and company profile features can help PT. Agrofarm Nusa Raya improve efficiency in human resource management and provide convenience in performing HRD-related tasks.
