Abstract

The development of an organization depends on human resources. Therefore, human resources are assets that must be improved effectively and efficiently so that optimal performance will be realized. To achieve what is meant by the organization in this case the company must be able to create situations and conditions that encourage and enable employees to develop abilities and skills optimally, especially in terms of performance. Performance is one of the determining factors for the success of a company or organization in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the effect of work ability on the performance of employees of PT. Bangtelindo., 2) the effect of workload on the performance of employees of PT. Bangtelindo. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population used in this study were 95 technicians. The sample taken in this study amounted to 49 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by means of Simple Random Sampling. The analytical technique used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: (1) work ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bangtelindo., (2) workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bangtelindo. Keywords: Work Ability; Workload; Employee Performance
