Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of Leadership Quality, Human Relations, and Competence on Organizational Commitment among employees at CV Multi Jaya Box Mojokerto. This research applies a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population of this study consists of all 54 active employees of CV Multi Jaya Box Mojokerto. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturation sampling (census) approach, utilizing the entire population of 54 employees as respondents. Data collection was conducted through closed questionnaires using a 1–5 Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing (Ftest and t-test) processed via SPSS software. The findings indicate that xii Leadership Quality, Human Relations, and Competence simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Partially, Leadership Quality, Human Relations, and Competence each have a positive and significant impact on enhancing employee Organizational Commitment at CV Multi Jaya Box Mojokerto.
