Abstract
PT Shelter Nusantara is a company engaged in cleaning services, employing a workforce distributed across various locations. The company has utilized an application to monitor the activities of cleaning staff; however, challenges remain in terms of efficiency and user experience. This study aims to improve the quality of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the application to support more effective operations. The methods employed include gathering user requirements, designing wireframes, developing prototypes, and conducting end-user testing. The test results indicate improvements in task efficiency and ease of use. The final design delivers an interface that is intuitive, responsive, and easy to use for both supervisors and cleaning staff. It is expected that implementing this design will strengthen digitalization efforts and enhance the overall quality of cleaning services.
