Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, location, and price on customer satisfaction at Sehat Farma Pharmacy in Madiun. The method used in this study is an associative quantitative approach with a sample size of 124 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to consumers and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 31. The data analysis process included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, partial tests (t-tests), and simultaneous tests (F-tests). The results of the study indicate that service quality, location, and pricesimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction,with a significance value of 0.000. Partially, these three variablesalso show a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with the price variable having the most dominant influence. These findings indicate that improving service quality, selecting a strategic location, and setting appropriate prices can contribute to increased customer satisfaction at Apotek Sehat Farma Madiun.
