Abstract
Digital transformation in the tourism sector requires employees to adapt to technological advancements and changes in work systems. However, studies examining digital readiness, adaptive work culture, and transformational leadership simultaneously within the context of tourist destinations remain limited. This study aims to analyze the influence of these three variables on employee performance at Lembah Pandawa Tourist Attraction. This research employed a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with 133 respondents. The findings indicate that digital readiness, adaptive work culture, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated examination of these three variables within a developing tourist destination. The results suggest that improving digital readiness, adaptive work culture, and transformational leadership can enhance employee performance.
