Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja driver skema hub ShopeeFood di Surabaya Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 120 responden driver skema hub ShopeeFood di Surabaya Timur yang telah bekerja minimal enam bulan. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sebaliknya, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Variabel beban kerja dan kompensasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 56% terhadap variasi kepuasan kerja, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kompensasi menjadi faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, sementara tingginya beban kerja cenderung menurunkan kepuasan kerja driver skema hub ShopeeFood di Surabaya Timur.
