Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload, work environment, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among employees of Yalla Yalla Restaurant Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research. In this study, the population used is all 44 employees of Yalla Yalla Restaurant Surabaya. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, which involves all members of the population as research samples. The main data collection technique was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that simultaneously, workload, work environment, and job satisfaction are proven to have a significant influence on employee turnover intention. Partially, workload (X1) have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. Work environment (X2) have a negative and significant influence on turnover intention partially. Job satisfaction (X3) have a negative and significant influence on turnover intention partially.
