Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Life Balance, Work Discipline, and Work Stress partially and simultaneously on the Performance of DBL Academy Surabaya Employees. The research location is DBL Academy Surabaya with a sample of 70 people obtained through saturated sampling techniques (census). Data processing uses SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software and data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test and F-test at a 95% confidence level. The results of the study obtained by the F-test (Simultaneous) indicate that Work Life Balance, Work Discipline, and Work Stress together have a significant effect on the Performance of DBL Academy Surabaya Employees, as evidenced by the calculated F-value of 6.081> F-table of 2.74 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Based on the t-test (Partial), the Work-Life Balance variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the calculated t-value of 2.873 > t-table 1.996 with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. The Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the calculated t-value of 2.557 > t-table 1.996 with a significance value of 0.013 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the Work Stress variable does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the calculated t-value of 0.050 < t-table 1.996 with a significance value of 0.960 > 0.05.
