Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work stress and compensation on job satisfaction among employees at UD. KA’E Collection. In performing their duties, employees often face various demands and responsibilities that can lead to work stress. Additionally, the compensation provided by the company is also a key factor that can influence employees’ job satisfaction levels. This study employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees of UD. KA’E Collection. The results indicate that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, work stress and compensation were also found to have a significant combined effect on the job satisfaction of employees at UD. KA’E Collection in Mojokerto Regency.
