Abstract
Detecting opinion patterns in music survey data is a significant challenge for the radio broadcasting industry in understanding listener preferences. This study aims to analyze opinion patterns in Global FM radio listener music survey data using a neural network algorithm. The research process includes survey data collection, data preprocessing, and application of neural network algorithm to identify relevant patterns. The analysis results show the ability of the neural network to accurately detect listeners' opinions and music preferences, enabling the radio station to manage feedback more effectively. This study makes a practical contribution to improving the quality of broadcast content and interaction with listeners. In addition, this research serves as a reference for the application of artificial intelligence technology in opinion data analysis in the broadcast media industry in Indonesia.
