Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of flexibility, discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara Gempolkrep Sugar Factory in Mojokerto. The study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method through multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample consisted of 67 employees from the general finance and plantation departments, selected using a saturated sampling technique. All data were statistically processed using IBM SPSS Version 31 software. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the statistical test results indicate that flexibility, discipline, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value of 7.907 > F-table 2.75. Partially, flexibility, discipline, and work environment also have a significant effect on employee performance with a count t value of 2.495, 2.157, and 3.395 > t table value 1.9983. This study is expected to be a consideration for companies in improving employee performance through the management of work flexibility, work discipline, and an optimal work environment.
