Abstract

This study has four variables: Compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Job Insecurity (X3), and Turnover Intention (Y). Human Resource Management is certainly not a simple matter, but if a company can ensure its employees feel safe, comfortable, and motivated to perform their jobs optimally, the company will consistently increase its competitive advantage over its competitors. This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention for Star Travel Drivers. This study was quantitative. The sampling method used a saturated sample of 51 employees, and the analysis used Partial Least Squares. The results showed that compensation and work motivation had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention for Star Travel drivers. Meanwhile, job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention for Star Travel drivers.
