Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk operates several cement production units with a combined capacity exceeding 13 million tons per year across its Tuban and Gresik plants. The manufacturing process involves sequential stages including mining, crushing, raw material preparation, kiln operation, coal processing, finishing, and packaging. Key raw materials such as limestone, clay, silica sand, and copper slag are supplemented with additives like gypsum, dolomite, and fly ash. To ensure product quality and operational reliability, the company utilizes multiple analytical laboratories and supporting facilities including water treatment, energy supply systems, air utilities, and a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). These integrated systems enable efficient production while maintaining environmental compliance and consistent quality control.
