Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The background of this research is based on the importance of extra-role employee behavior in increasing organizational effectiveness. The research method employed was quantitative research, utilizing a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents, employees of CV. Bintang Anugrah. Data were measured using a Likert scale, and data analysis employed multiple linear regression, assisted by the IBM SPSS 31 statistical program. The results of the study show that simultaneously job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational justice have a significant effect on OCB, and partially organizational commitment and organizational justice have a significant effect on OCB. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), while job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study concludes that CV. Bintang Anugrah employees' OCB behavior is more influenced by organizational commitment and organizational justice, while job satisfaction does not have a significant influence. Therefore, the company needs to strengthen employee commitment and ensure fairness in the work environment to increase OCB behavior and support overall organizational effectiveness.
