Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for milk variant drinks at the Lab Milk Candi Sidoarjo Shop. The study was conducted at the Lab Milk Candi Sidoarjo Shop using a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, a non-probability sampling method was used with an accidental sampling approach, where the sample was selected intentionally by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. This study used the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis method using Smart PLS software. The data analysis techniques used were validity test analysis, reliability test and multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1) Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. This means that increasingly innovating products that provide product advantages. 2) Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions for milk variant drinks at the Lab Milk Candi Sidoarjo Shop.
