Abstract
In the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry today, companies are increasingly realizing the importance of quality human resources (HR) which are considered as the company's main asset to achieve success and company goals. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work discipline and career development on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Astra International Isuzu HR Muhammad Branch Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach obtained through questionnaires. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled. Respondents in the study were 40 respondents of service division employees of PT Astra International Isuzu HR Muhammad Branch Surabaya. The results showed no effect of work discipline on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Discipline, Career Development, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance
