Abstract
This study aims to design and develop a web-based travel booking application for PT. Suryaning Gantari Nusantara, a travel agent company offering open trip and regular trip services. The previous booking and payment processes were conducted manually through social media and bank transfers, which were considered inefficient, difficult to manage, and inconvenient for customers. Therefore, a more structured and integrated system is needed. The development method used in this study is the Waterfall model, which consists of five stages: requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is developed as a web-based application to ensure cross-device accessibility without requiring additional installation. To support seamless digital transactions, the system is integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway, allowing customers to make payments using various methods such as bank transfers, digital wallets, and credit cards. The result of this study is a web application capable of displaying travel package information clearly, facilitating service bookings, and providing secure and efficient online payment features. This system is expected to improve service effectiveness, expand marketing reach through the internet, and enhance user experience.
