Abstract
Academic Information System as an important tool for managing academic information in educational institutions such as providing accessibility, speed, and accuracy of academic data, such as student data, class schedules, grades, payments, attendance to student learning outcomes. One of the problems that often arises is that the SIAMIK interface is considered not user-friendly enough, especially for new students who still have difficulty understanding the menu and its usage flow. Another obstacle that also often occurs is the system performance which decreases drastically when entering the KRS filling period, where high access causes the system to be slow or even inaccessible at all. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of SIAMIK user satisfaction with the End-User Computing Satisfaction model approach. which is combined with system quality measurements by Eric et al. this study with a total of 363 student respondents. The results of the analysis using SmartPLS 4 based on the R-square results have a Moderate effect on the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, system quality on end user satisfaction is 0.478 with an adjusted R-square value of 0.463. This can be explained that end user satisfaction is influenced by the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness, system quality by 47.8%
