Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the success of Smart Point of Sale (SmartPOS) implementation in Tsamaniya Minimarket using Delone & McLean Information System Success Model (ISSM) as an analytical framework. The main objectives of this study are to identify key elements that contribute to the success of SmartPOS implementation and explore elements that influence usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. This study uses a quantitative method with the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling) approach through SmartPLS. Data were collected from respondents as active users of SmartPOS in the Tsamaniya Minimarket environment. The test results identified that the information quality variable has a significant influence on usage and net benefits, while service quality and system quality show varying influences on the dependent variable. The R-Square value indicates that the model has strong predictive ability, with net benefits reaching a determination value of 73.2%. In addition, the f-square and Q-square values confirm the significant contribution of several independent variables in influencing system success. These findings provide important recommendations for Tsamaniya Minimarket management to improve information quality and maximize user satisfaction to support the success of SmartPOS implementation in the future.
