Abstract

ABSTRACT ARGY AJZAL M. A, 19042010137, Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Dan K epuasan K onsumen Ter hadap LoyalitasK onsumen Pada Produk Sepatu Sneakers Nike (Studi Pada Mahasiswa UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur) In Indonesia, the trend of sneakers is currently very high. Therefore, people are faced with various brands of sneakers. The number of companies in the sneakers industry sector has led to the creation of competitive competition. Each sneakers company is competing to create a good brand image in the eyes of consumers. This research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty for Nike sneakers products in Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population used in this study are people who live in Surabaya who know Nike Sneakers products. The sample in this study were 96 respondents The samnling techniaud used in this study was nonprobability sampling. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the object of research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear by utilizing SPSS software version 29. Thus the results of this study indicate that brand image, product quality and customer satisfaction simultaneously affect consumer loyalty for Nike Sneakers products in Surabaya. Brand image, product quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and partial effect on consumer loyalty for Nike Sneakers products in Sur abaya. Keywords.
