Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Duta Karya Bersatu Surabaya. The research was motivated by the company’s failure to meet its employee performance targets for three consecutive years. The research applies a quantitative approach with an associative type. The population consists of 30 employees, all of whom were used as samples using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The findings show that both work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These results suggest that enhancing employee motivation and satisfaction can be an effective strategy to improve performance.
