Abstract
Rumah Padat Karya (RPK) is a program run by the Surabaya City Government to improve the welfare of low-income communities through asset management, one of which is a laundry business at Rumah Padat Karya Prapen. In an effort to compete with modern laundry businesses, Omah Laundry Prapen developed digital features on its website in the form of promo codes and customer reviews/ratings. The development of these features has successfully enhanced the website's functionality, streamlined the management of promotions and reviews through the admin panel and website, and improved customer interaction. Using PHP programming language, MySQL as the database, and XAMPP as the local server, along with the implementation of the waterfall method at each stage of development, this project achieved optimal results. Development recommendations include improving the user interface, integrating with social media, and analyzing customer data for more effective marketing strategies. These efforts are expected to enhance Omah Laundry Prapen's competitiveness and services in the digital age.
