Abstract
This study is an associative research type with a quantitative approach that aims to determine and analyze the influence of both simultaneous and partial Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Security on Usage Intention of Livin' by Mandiri Application in Surabaya. The population in this study were users of the Livin' by Mandiri application in the Surabaya area and the sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of Livin' by Mandiri application users in the Surabaya area who had made transactions at least twice. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Security simultaneously have a significant effect on Usage Intention of Livin' by Mandiri Application. The variables of Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use partially have a significant effect, while the variable of Security partially does not affect the Usage Intention of Livin' by Mandiri Application. Based on the results of this study, it shows that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use are determinants of users in the interest in using the Livin' by Mandiri Application in Surabaya.
