Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of customer experience, price, and age demographics on the repurchase intention of music streaming platforms, Spotify and YouTube Music. The research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 215 respondents collected through Google Forms using a non-probability sampling method. The results indicate that customer experience, price, and age demographics simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on consumers' repurchase intention for Spotify and YouTube Music. Partially, each variable also has a significant and positive influence on repurchase intention. This study reveals that consumers consider the experience they receive, price affordability, and the relevance of music preferences based on age when deciding to renew their subscription to music streaming services.
