Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Job Insecurity, Work Stress, and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention among employees. The research object is the sales marketing employees at Telkomsel Branch Surabaya. This study was conducted on 85 sales marketing employees at Telkomsel Branch Surabaya. The data used is primary data collected through questionnaires. The research method applied is quantitative, with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, while data measurement employs the Likert scale. The analytical tests conducted include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, F-tests, and t-tests, with data processing performed using SPSS 30. The results show that, based on the t-test, the variables Job Insecurity and Work Stress do not significantly influence Turnover Intention, although a negative relationship was found. Meanwhile, Organizational Commitment has a significant negative influence on Turnover Intention, meaning that the higher the employees' commitment to the organization, the lower their intention to leave. The F-test results indicate that, simultaneously, Job Insecurity, Work Stress, and Organizational Commitment have a significant influence on Turnover Intention, with Organizational Commitment being the dominant factor in reducing employees' desire to leave the company. The conclusion of this study is that, partially, Job Insecurity and Work Stress do not affect Turnover Intention, while Organizational Commitment has a significant influence. However, simultaneously, all three variables significantly impact Turnover Intention among employees. Keywords: Job Insecurity, Work Stress, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention, Sales Marketing.
