Abstract

The study conducted aims to analyze the impact of compensation, motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Support Logistic Indonesia. In this case, a quantitative approach is used through a survey method and the results of observations are collected using a questionnaire and the analysis used is multiple linear regression. The findings of the analysis state that compensation, motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. With partial compensation and work environment having a significant impact, while motivation has no effect. This finding indicates that improving employee welfare through fair compensation policies and creating a conducive work environment can optimize performance.
