Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived External Prestige (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Work Life Balance (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). The research employs an associative approach with quantitative methods. The study utilized validity testing, reliability analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis as analytical tools. Based on the partial test results: (1) Perceived External Prestige has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (2) Job Satisfaction demonstrates a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (3) Work Life Balance shows a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (4) The simultaneous test reveals that Perceived External Prestige, Job Satisfaction, and Work Life Balance collectively have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Among these variables, Job Satisfaction emerged as the most dominant factor. All variables met the classical assumption requirements, including normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation tests.
