Abstract
This study aims to find out how the influence of work discipline (X1), compensation (X2), and work environment (X3), on employee performance (Y) at the Tirta Kerta Raharja Regional Drinking Water Public Company, Tangerang Regency. This type of research is an associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is employees of the Tirta Kerta Raharja Regional Drinking Water Public Company, Tangerang Regency and sampling was done using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used linear multiple regression. The results of this study show that the variables of work discipline (X1), compensation (X2), and work environment (X3) partially have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). In addition, the results of the t-test explained that work discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X3) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Tirta Kerta Raharja Regional Drinking Water Public Company, Tangerang Regency. Meanwhile, the compensation variable (X2) did not have a significant effect on the performance of employees (Y) at the Tirta Kerta Raharja Regional Drinking Water Public Company, Tangerang Regency.
