Abstract

Human Resources (HR) play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance to achieve organizational goals in the rapidly growing courier industry in Indonesia. With the rise in online transactions, the demand for efficient parcel delivery has also increased, making employee performance a key factor in the success of this competitive industry. This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at Galeri Ekspedisi Surabaya. The sample used in this study consists of 39 employees. The research method employed is quantitative. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS), which was then analyzed to test validity, reliability, and hypotheses.
