Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the healthcare sector, especially in improving the efficiency and quality of services in hospitals. The problems of long queues, long waiting times, and administrative complexity are the main challenges faced by patients in the traditional healthcare process. To overcome these problems, SiCare mobile application was developed as a Hospital Management Information System using the Flutter framework. SiCare provides solutions with features such as online doctor appointment booking, complete information about doctors including schedules and fees, and easy online payment. SiCare development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to accelerate development iterations and response to user needs. Test results using Blackbox Testing show that the application can operate as expected, with a System Usability Scale (SUS) score reaching 89.5 which indicates a good level of acceptance and satisfaction from users. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of the SiCare application in increasing hospital operational efficiency and improving patient experience. Suggestions for future application development include improved data security and continuity in enhancing existing features to meet the evolving challenges in the healthcare sector.
