Abstract

Indonesia is currently entering the era of Industry 5.0, where technology has become the foundation of human life. With the development of the internet and digital technology, everything is becoming limitless, making competition in industries increasingly challenging. To succeed in this highly competitive business environment, students are expected to enhance their intellectual performance as human resources and pursue their professions with professionalism. Students are encouraged to explore their talents and interests freely, especially given the constant changes in social, cultural, technological, and workplace conditions. In response to these challenges, there is a need for a place where students can develop their potential according to their talents and interests. The "Kampus Merdeka" (Independent Campus) program, introduced by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, offers students the freedom to learn at the university level. Kampus Merdeka serves as an essential platform for personal development in the real working world. Through Kampus Merdeka internships, students are trained in discipline, spirituality, professionalism, accuracy, and independence, preparing them to enter the real world. With the rapid development of the Industrial Revolution era, students acquire the specific knowledge and skills necessary to work independently and be competitive in the industry. PT Triatra Sinergia Pratama, a subsidiary of PATRIA (PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering), operates in distributing PATRIA and ULTRA products domestically and internationally. Their business lines include units, spare parts, components, and services in areas such as coal mining, non-coal mining, construction, forestry & agriculture, spare parts, components, maintenance & services, engineering & manufacturing, digitalization, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
