Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation on the performance of outsourced security employees at PT. Sasana Duta Millenia. The background of this research is based on the importance of human resource management in improving employee productivity. In a company, adequate compensation and high work motivation are considered important factors that can affect employee performance. The decline in the performance of security employees, indicated by several factors such as dissatisfaction with compensation and lack of motivation, is the main reason for conducting this research. The research method used is a quantitative method, utilizing the Smart PLS software as the analysis tool. This study involved the entire population of outsourced security employees at PT. Sasana Duta Millenia, totaling 70 individuals. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to respondents and complemented by interview techniques. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a significantly positive effect on performance. Therefore, it is suggested that the company should pay more attention to providing adequate compensation and continuously enhance employee motivation to achieve more optimal performance improvement.
