Abstract

Human Resources (HR) in every company has a very important and crucial role in achieving business success and sustainability. HR (Human Resources) not only plays a role in managing operational employees, but is also responsible for ensuring that every individual in the company is able to provide their best contribution. Business success is highly dependent on employee performance, which is determined by various factors, including motivation and work discipline. With good management, HR can be the key to long-term success for the company.This study highlights the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Trans Pacific Petrochemical Indotama Jakarta. Using quantitative analysis through SMARTPLS, this study involved 50 employees as respondents to describe existing conditions.The results of the study show that motivation and discipline have a significant influence on employee performance. Therefore, companies need to improve this second factor to maximize productivity and achieve business goals sustainably.
