Abstract
The development of the logistics business is growing rapidly along with the increasing consumer behavior of the community. The birth of new companies engaged in logistics is a challenge for PT Pos Indonesia to survive in the tight business competition. The company's ability to face competition is influenced by the quality of its human resources. Employee performance is one of the keys to the company's success in achieving its goals. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of job rotation and self-efficacy on the performance of employees of the Surabaya 6000 Main Branch Post Office. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were 45 Retail Sales and Partnership Employees and used saturated which used the number of populations as research samples. The data analysis method in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to test validity, reliability, and hypothesis. From the results of data testing, it can be concluded that: (1) Job rotation has a negative effect on the performance of employees of the Surabaya 6000 Main Branch Post Office. (2) Self-efficacy has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Surabaya 6000 Main Branch Post Office. Keywords: Job Rotation, Self Efficacy, Employee Performance
