Abstract
The Walt Disney Company, one of the companies engaged in the entertainment and media industry launched the Disney+ streaming application which was later developed into Disney+ Hotstar. At the beginning of its launch, Disney+ Hotstar received a positive response from its consumers and gained a fantastic number of subscribers. However, over time, it was found that a significant decline in subscribers occurred due to a decreased viewing experience and the subscription price offered by Disney+ Hotstar increased by an amount that was perceived to be quite high by its customers. On this basis, this study aims to determine and analyze the effect of customer experience and price perceptions on repurchase interest in the Disney + Hotstar streaming application. This study uses primary data obtained from the answers of 110 respondents who sampled this study through a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data obtained is then managed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of the SmartPLS application. From testing existing data, it can be concluded that Customer Experience and Price Perception contribute to Repurchase Interest in the Disney + Hotstar streaming application.
