Abstract

This study aims to test, prove, analyze and determine the effect of perceived ease of use, trust, attitude, and perceived benefits on the intention to scan QRIS and the use of mobile banking. This study uses a quantitative method approach. The population in this study were students who were members of the KIP-K UPN "Veteran" East Java program. The number of samples used was 93 students obtained through probability sampling techniques with a random sampling technique approach. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques using WarpPLS Version 7.0 software. This technique consists of outer model analysis, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that perceived ease of use does not contribute to the intention to scan QRIS, perceived ease does not contribute to the use of mobile banking, trust contributes to the intention to scan QRIS, trust contributes to the use of mobile banking, attitudes contribute to the intention to scan QRIS, attitudes contribute to the use of mobile banking, perceived benefits contribute to the intention to scan QRIS, perceived benefits contribute to the use of mobile banking.
