Abstract

The most important component of a business in achieving its goals is its human resources because they are the lifeblood of the company. Is its human resources because it is the lifeblood of the company. Job satisfaction itself can be optimized through work-life balance or career development. career development.  Thus, this study aims to determine the influence of work-life balance and career development on job satisfaction. employees of PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Sepanjang Plant. This quantitative type of research collects primary and secondary data through interviews, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies. The determination of sample determination with probability sampling with saturated sample technique so that obtained as many as 50 respondents. The data that has been collected is then processed using the SmartPLS 4 program. The test results show that work-life balance and career development The test results show that work-life balance and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
