Abstract
In an increasingly competitive world of work, demanding organizations to be able to survive and keep up with the flow of technological developments. The development of science science and technology now require Civil Servants to be able to perform their duties in providing services to the community and achieving carry out their duties in providing services to the community and achieving government goals. If the formulation of policies regarding the empowerment of human resource management is successfully implemented, It will create job satisfaction for each individual involved. Job satisfaction in each individual involved. In this study, job satisfaction job satisfaction can be influenced by transformational leadership, competence and placement. placement. Thus, this research was conducted to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, competence and placement on job satisfaction of employees of the East Java Province Pamong Praja Police Unit. This quantitative research uses primary and secondary data types through interviews, questionnaires, and studies. through interviews, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies. Technique of determining sample determination technique using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling on 83 permanent non- Esellon employees. Questionnaire data will be processed using the partial least square method with SmartPLS 4 software. The test results state that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and not significant on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, placement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction Keywords: Competency; Placement; Transformational Leadership
