Abstract
The increasing number of new social organizations that provide a variety of social services has also contributed to the significant growth in the number of volunteers in the community. A good institution or organization can grow grow quickly when its volunteers have a strong sense of organizational commitment. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, organizational experience and work environment on organizational commitment in Better Youth Foundation Surabaya volunteers. This quantitative research uses primary data and secondary data through interviews and questionnaires interviews and distributing questionnaires. Using saturated sampling technique on 56 volunteers at the Better Youth Foundation. The questionnaire data was then processed using the Partial Least Square method with SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that organizational experience and work environment have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, motivation has no positive and insignificant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Motivation Organizational Commitment; Work Environment; Experience Organization
