Abstract

This research is aiming to address the issue of increasing turnover intention at PT. Renesola Distribution Indonesia. The study seeks to analyze and determine the relationship between compensation and job satisfaction with the rise in turnover intention among PT Renesola Distribution Indonesia employees. The data for this study were collected using purposive sampling from the production division workers of PT. Renesola Distribution Indonesia, with a total of 50 employees selected based on the criteria of similar compensation levels. The research employed multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 27. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to employees of the company. The findings of the research indicate that both compensation and job satisfaction variables collectively have a negative impact on employees' turnover intention at PT Renesola Distribution Indonesia. Specifically, the compensation variable has a significant negative influence on employees' turnover intention, and similarly, job satisfaction also significantly influences employees' turnover intention at PT Renesola Distribution Indonesia.
