Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and training variables on employee performance, as well as the role of loyalty variable in moderating the influence of organizational commitment and training on employee performance at CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa in Surabaya. The population in this study consists of all employees of CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa. A sample of 68 respondents was drawn using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis technique. The research results indicate that the organizational commitment variable shows a positive coefficient of 1.580, and in the t-test analysis, the calculated t-value > the tabulated t-value, which is 4.310 > 1.997 with a significance value of 0.000. The loyalty variable shows a coefficient of 1.830, and in the t-test analysis, the calculated t-value > the tabulated t-value, which is 5.497 > 1.997 with a significance value of 0.000, meaning that both variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The training variable shows a positive coefficient of 0.098, and in the t-test analysis, the calculated t-value < the tabulated t-value, which is 0.197 < 1.997 with a significance value of 0.844, indicating that it does not significantly affect employee performance. The analysis also shows that loyalty moderates the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, while loyalty is unable to moderate the influence of training on employee performance at CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa in Surabaya. Keywords: Organizational Commitment; Training; Loyalty; Employee Performance
