Abstract
Through the performance of human resources or company employees, the extent to which the company is able to know where are the abilities of the employee. This study aims to find out the influence of competence, training, and career development on the performance of PG Lestari Nganjuk Installation Section employees. The method used in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique of this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling techniques. The research population is employees of the installation department and the samples used are employees who do not take office and take training at least once as many as 39 samples. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that competency does not contribute to improving employee performance. This is because all employees have the same level of education as SMA/SMK Equivalent. In addition, different types of certification also cause competencies not to contribute to the performance of PG Lestari Nganjuk Installation Section employees. While training and career development have a role to improve the performance of employees of PG Lestari Nganjuk Installation Section because eager trainees and employees have the opportunity to develop themselves through informal education.
