Abstract

This research examines digital marketing communication strategies at thrift shop online @men.da.ur in increasing interest in buying products using Instagram. This research was taken with a qualitative descriptive method, which explains this research with sentences. The theory used in this research is The Circular Model of Some introduced by Regina Luttrell which focuses her theory on important elements, namely Share, Optimaze, Manage and Engage. Data collection techniques used in this study were in-depth interviews, literature studies, documentation and observation. The results of this study found that Instagram social media has an important role in carrying out digital marketing communication strategies that are used by repeaters so that they can attract consumer buying interest. By using the 4P marketing strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and utilizing Instagram features as a place for promotion and content, so that it can support consumer interest in @men.da.ur products.
