Abstract
A company in running a business there needs to be interaction with each other to achieve company goals. Human resources are one of the important factors in running a company. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 8 Surabaya both simultaneously and partially. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Daop 8 Indonesia Railway Surabaya. This type of research is descriptive, using quantitative. Population of all employees with a total sample of 65 respondents. The sampling technique is probability sampling with Propotionate Stratified Random Sampling. To prove the proposed hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test are used. The results showed that the Leadership Style and Organizational Culture simultaneously significantly influence the Performance of Employees is indicated by the value of Fcount (57.176) ≥ Ftable (3.15). Leadership Style Variable has a significant influence on employee performance persistently shown by tcount (4,731) ≥ table (1,99897). Organizational Culture Variable has a significant effect on employee performance indicated by tcount (3.684) ≥ table (1.99897) .Keywords: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance
