Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity, job stress, and accounting competence on turnover intention. The research method uses descriptive and verification methods with quantitative approaches. Data collection using a sample of 45 respondents. Analysis and testing of hypotheses used are multiple linear regression methods with research instruments using a questionnaire. The results showed that job insecurity had a significant positive effect on turnover intention, job stress had a significant positive effect on turnover intention, and accounting competence had a negative effect on turnover intention on accounting competence.
