Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job placement and workload on employee performance at PT. Wasa Mitra Engineering Surabaya Area. The population in this study are employees field section,totaling 102 employees. The sampling technique used the saturated Random Sampling, so that 81 employees of the field were designated as research responden. In this study, quantitative methods were used using structural equation modeling and partial least squares (PLS) as analytical tools. The results of the study indicate the work placement and workload have a positive influence on employee performance.
